Payment, Registration and Changes:
All of your deposits, and final payments are non-refundable. In the event that cancellation is on our end, you will be refunded your full payment less $100 administrative fee. Except for the above mentioned, your payment is 100% non-refundable after the registration deadline, we suggest you consider purchasing Trip Insurance.
Reservation of Rights:
We as the agent reserve the right to adjust itineraries, without prior notice to you, or cancel if due to circumstances beyond our control. For example, low enrollment. We may need to change our residence during our stay; if required we will substitute with a product of the same quality.
Air Travel:
There is always the chance that there will be changes to airline schedules. It is best to wait until we have the confirmed the air schedule for your flights, before you purchase any connecting flights.
The Information Collected:
We have FormRouter security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. FormRouter utilizes industry standard encryption and security technology for secure transactions. We will encrypt your personal information so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. Our servers are hosted in a state-of-the art facility providing 24-hour monitoring and security.
Information we collect:
Email: We keep a list of all persons that have inquired, enrolled in our newsletters, or programs as well as any past traveler to send occasional updates. We also use the emails in our internal lists for marketing purposes, let us know if at any time you do not wish to hear from us. This same process pertains to phone numbers and for mailing address, which are periodically used by our Agency.
How we share information:
With our internal email list it is only utilized for us by us, and is not exchanged, sold or rented by any other organization. This same rule applies to mailing address and phone numbers.
Personal information of registered passengers is shared with insurance representatives to activate the travel medical insurance, and with our partners in Cuba to assist in the program process.
How we protect information:
We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the misuse of information that we have collected from you. All financial information is kept in locked files or electronic files that are password protected.
All confidential information sent via our website (such as credit card numbers) uses the Internet security protocol known as "Secure Sockets Layer" or "SSL." This is a certification and encryption technology designed to make using your credit card as safe as possible on the Internet.
