DEPOSIT

A deposit is required to guarantee your reservation, which will be applied towards the cost of your tour.  All of your deposits and final payments are non-refundable. Final Payment is due 90 days prior to trip departure. In the event that cancellation is on our end, you will be refunded your full payment less $100 administrative fee. If cancellation is due to restrictions from COVID-19, then your deposit will be transferred to a later date arranged between yourself (the guest) and Your Custom Travels. Except for the above mentioned, your payment is 100% non-refundable after the registration deadline. We suggest that you consider purchasing travel insurance which is available below.

FINAL PAYMENT

Any pending balance must be paid in full at least 90 days prior to departure.  If your booking falls within the 90 days, payment in full is expected at the time of booking.
